Is your food business prepared for a crisis?
Food and drink businesses are invited to test their preparedness for a crisis at an upcoming event, 'Crisis Management in the Food and Drink Industry', to be held on 26 February in London.
The Food and Drink Federation event will feature a series of brief expert talks, followed by a live incident scenario during which the expert panel will comment on the best course of action at every step.
Delegates will learn about risk assessment and what support is available to safeguard business during a crisis; preparing a crisis management strategy; maintaining customer confidence and reputation management.
