Commission Delegated Regulation updating the EU control list

The Commission has adopted a Regulation replacing Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 and updating the EU list of controlled items in light of decisions taken in export control regimes in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
This Commission Regulation (delegated act) will be published in the Official Journal and shall enter into force only if no objection has been expressed either by the European Parliament or the Council within a period of two months.
