Transmission Reliability "Load as a Resource" Peer Review Materials Now Available

OE’s Transmission Reliability program is conducting RD projects on “Load as a Resource” (LaaR) that explore how various types of customer loads could be turned on and off for short periods of time to provide services normally performed by generators. A program peer review was held on September 16, 2014. Materials including the agenda and presentations are now available.
