Draft National Electric Transmission Congestion Study Now Available for Public Comment
The Department of Energy has issued a Notice of Public Comment in the Federal Register, inviting the public to comment on the draft National Electric Transmission Congestion Study. The draft study is now available for review and downloading at http://www.energy.gov/node/942311. The public comment period will close on October 20, 2014.
After reviewing and considering comments on the draft study, the Department will prepare and release a final version of the study.
