The next generation in work-life and diversity support is here - the Work & Life Hub.
Supporting all your employees and providing powerful people metrics that are paramount to HR strategies.
Over the past year Sydney-based work-life and diversity solutions provider SeventeenHundred have been researching the needs of people within organisations and the associated work-life challenges.
These powerful insights have led to the launch of their holistic and inclusive portal, the Work & Life Hub.
In the work-life and diversity space this marks a fundamental shift away from separate support services to one inclusive and holistic service enabling organisations to support all employees at all life stages.
The Work & Life Hub is an interactive online portal containing, articles, advice, tools and services. Key areas of interest include those with caring responsibilities, parents and parents to be, in transition stages, seniors, health and wellbeing, flexibility, and disability.
In addition to the user portal the Work & Life Hub has a human resource interface — the HR Hub.
“We are most excited by the reporting function that will transform engagement strategies” says Fiona Hitchiner, SeventeenHundred’s Product Director.
“With access to real-time people insights, live data usage and metrics, human resource departments will always be in touch with what’s going on in the lives of their employees, key for a number of human resource strategies.”
The Work & Life Hub encapsulates SeventeenHundred’s vision.
“Our vision is to create workplaces where individuals feel supported, enriched and can be their whole self. We recognise that people are not just one dimensional they are multi-faceted and diversity and inclusion go beyond the hiring.
People need to feel a sense of belonging, respect and being valued for who they are. There is a level of support and commitment required to enable them to be at their best” adds Fiona.
The Work & Life Hub will be launched and on show at the AHRI National Convention and Exhibition that begins tomorrow.
