On Tuesday, July 22, 2014, the President signed into law:
H.R. 803, the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, which reauthorizes and reforms core workforce development programs administered by the Departments of Education and Labor and transfers from the Department of Education to the Department ofHealth and Human Services certain disability and independent living program functions.
