Behavior Interventions, Inc. Opening an ABA Treatment Center

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA, USA, June 17, 2014 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The ABA Treatment Center is another dimension to Behavior Interventions' school and home-based services for individuals diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Their experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Behavior Technicians offer a variety of researched-based interventions. Treatments include Early Intensive Behavior Intervention, feeding interventions, individual & group social skills, and parent training. "We are very excited about the new ABA Treatment Center and expect it to expand how our services support the families we service," says Jerome Bibelheimer, Co-Founder of Behavior Interventons, Inc.

Behavior Interventions, Inc. was founded by Christine Bibelheimer and Jerome Bibelheimer in 2006 to improve the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis for individuals diagnosed with Autism and other development disabilities. Currently, ABA treatments are provided in the home, school, and community through a variety of funding sources (school districts, early intervention services, health insurance) in Eastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and Delaware. The demand for ABA services is increasing. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) reported 1 in 68 children are diagnosed with Autism in the United States. CDC’s Autism and Developmental Disability Monitoring Network collected data and confirmed the continued rise in Autism prevalence in the 2014 report.

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is regarded as the most effective treatment to address communication, social skills, and other behaviors affected by Autism. Evidence-Based Practices for Children, Youth, and Young Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder published a report in 2014 that evaluated 1000+ articles to identify which treatments are supported by research. This extensive report identified several ABA treatments as evidence-based.
