All of the Ingredients for a great career
Professionals wishing to increase their knowledge of key aspects of the food and drink manufacturing industry can now take part in a new training programme being launched by the Food and Drink Federation.
Whether you are new to the industry, switching roles within your company or a line manager looking to build your staff's expertise, FDF's training programme will give you essential knowledge in key areas such as industry trends, legislation and developing ambassadors for your organisation.
Each programme consists of three flexible, intensive modules delivered by FDF's industry experts at a central London venue. The first programme launches in June 2014 and is now open for registration, with discounted rates available for FDF member companies and multiple bookings.
The courses are suitable for:
- New starters in the industry
- Industry personnel seeking refresher training
- Professional service providers to the industry
- Experienced food and drink professionals keen to widen their roles or knowledge
Course content includes:
- How to get onto the agendas of the people that matter in food and drink
- The latest intel on how consumers will shop in future and what this means for you
- How to get ahead of global changes and do your job more effectively
- Knowledge of the regulations you need to know to work effectively

- All courses will be delivered at The Hilton, Upper Woburn Place, London
- The 2014 course dates are: Course 1: Module One - 5 June; Module Two - 19 June; Module Three - 2 July. Course 2: Module One - 16 October; Module Two - 6 November; Module Three - 20 November.
- Each module can be booked separately at a cost of £400 (excluding VAT) per module for FDF members or £495 (excluding VAT) for non-members. A discounted cost applies to full course bookings (all three modules) of £1,000 (excluding VAT) for FDF members or £1,300 (excluding VAT) for non-members. To qualify for the discount, modules must be booked at the same time and for the same individual. Discounts are also available for multiple bookings per company – for details please email events@fdf.org.uk
