Board of Directors: Gazprom adhering to law on use of insider information
The Gazprom Board of Directors took notice of the information about the Company's activities aimed at adhering to the law on the use of insider information.
The Meeting emphasized that Gazprom adhered to the Federal Law 'On Prevention of the Illegal Use of Insider Information and Market Speculations, and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation'. For instance, the Provision for monitoring the adherence to the legislation on the use of insider information is introduced at the Company, the list of insider information is approved, the list of insiders is created and regularly updated to be forwarded upon request to bidding organizers and to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
The Management Committee was tasked to continue the activities aimed at adhering to the law on the use of insider information.
