Now is the time to make choices during Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment starts today and will continue through 5 p.m. on Nov. 26. This is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and make changes. This year it’s more important than ever: UC is making big changes.
Some medical plans are being discontinued, and UC is offering two new medical plans. To review all the changes that are taking place beginning in 2014 and know all your options, see this website, which has links to tools to help you choose a new medical plan and find a doctor as well as summaries of benefits and coverages.
Also, if you want to enroll in or continue to participate in health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, you must sign up during Open Enrollment even if you enrolled for 2013. Participation requires annual enrollment.
