Board of Directors co-opts Claudio Sposito and Paolo Fiorentino
CLAUDIO SPOSITO NOMINATED MEMBER OF STRATEGIES COMMITTEE
The Board of Directors of Pirelli C. met today and proceeded to co-opt Claudio Sposito and Paolo Fiorentino.
The nominations came after the resignations from the Board of Vittorio Malacalza and Giulia Maria Ligresti, announced respectively on May 10th, 2013, and July 24th, 2013.
The position held by board member Carlo Salvatori remains vacant following his also recent (October 16th, 2013) resignation.
The board also nominated Claudio Sposito as a member of the Strategies Committee.
