Cassiopae and Disoft’s Crédito Business Join Forces in Brazil

Cassiopae, a global finance and asset portfolio management software provider, has acquired the Crédito business unit of Disoft Solutions S.A. in Brazil.

SãO PAULO, BRAZIL, July 22, 2013 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Cassiopae, a leading provider of global finance and asset portfolio management software, announces that it has acquired the Crédito business unit of Disoft Solutions S.A., a well-known information technology solution company in São Paulo, Brazil.

Effective immediately, the Disoft Crédito business will be renamed Cassiopae Brasil Limitada, with Cassiopae’s Georges Legrand serving as Chief Executive Officer and former Disoft executive, Israel Vicente Lopes Junior as Chief Operating Officer.

Disoft Solutions S.A. has been in business for over 28 years. The Crédito division, one of Disoft’s four business units, provides credit solutions specifically targeted for lease and loan management. Disoft holds the leadership position in the financial lease solution market in Brazil. The company’s solutions help manage the operations of 40% of the ABEL (Brazilian Leasing Association) portfolios.
