TranscriptsPlus automates the transcript ordering process and offers a secure, compliant, and easy to use solution. It allows College of the Redwoods to free up staff and streamline the process. This student self-service environment reduces data input by staff and collects all fees. Credentials Solutions handles all customer service calls on behalf of College of the Redwoods, allowing them to focus on other student services.
Credentials also helped College of the Redwoods get qualified for 2 mini-grants for being able to send and receive electronically as well as respond to an electronic transcript request. “The college also applied for and was awarded a mini-grant from the Chancellor’s Office in the amount of $10,000,” added Goodlive. “We are excited to offer this outstanding service to our students.”
