The 75th quarterly report on lessons learned in the NEPA process was issued on June 3, 2013. This issue of Lessons Learned Quarterly Report (LLQR) includes articles on recent guidance by the Council on Environmental Quality and Advisory Council on Historic Preservation to promote better integration of NEPA and Section 106 reviews, and on the Federal Highway Administration's Every Day Counts intitiative to better integrate planning and NEPA.

"Efforts such as these to improve NEPA implementation are indicative of what we strive for at DOE every day -- better NEPA review, better decisions," said Carol Borgstrom, Director, Office of NEPA Policy and Compliance.
