Trinity Consultants, Inc., an environmental consulting firm that specializes in industrial air quality issues, announces that it will join with E5, Inc. to strengthen its capabilities in southern California. Both firms primarily support industrial facilities in meeting Clean Air Act requirements including air permitting, compliance, and greenhouse gas emissions management and strategies. Trinity opened its southern California office in 2002 and has served local and regional industrial sources over the last decade in a variety of industries. E5 was founded in 1995 and has focused on the chemical, aerospace, electronics, and biotechnology industries. Similar to Trinity, E5 is a leading AB-32 service provider helping industrial clients in developing cap-and-trade strategies, reporting, verification, and compliance, as well as complete Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) services. The combined resources of E5 and Trinity will operate under the direction of Vineet Masuraha, a Principal Consultant with Trinity who has 14 years of consulting and management experience serving clients in several industries.

According to Mr. Masuraha, “E5 brings additional technical expertise, resources, and environmental regulatory knowledge to our California operations. We are very happy to have E5 join our operations as our combined strengths will enable Trinity to better serve our existing and new clients.”

Steve Walters, founder of E5 and a Certified Permitting Professional (CPP) with the South Coast Air Quality Management District, is equally enthusiastic, noting, “Trinity’s exceptional reputation in the marketplace made it attractive as a potential partner in order to fuel our growth goals. After getting to know the Trinity team, we were even more convinced that joining these two groups together would benefit both our employees and our clients.”
