/EINPresswire.com/ Covington, LA - November 26, 2012 -- Tusa Consulting Services II, LLC (TCS), a designer of public safety radio systems, is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Robert Pletcher to its public safety radio consulting staff.
Mr. Pletcher has been involved in public safety and critical infrastructure radio communications since the late 1970's, first with the State of Texas and the Texas Lower Colorado River Authority where he was part of the design team for LCRA's expansive EDACS trunked radio network. He has served as a radio consultant for Federal Engineering and most recently was associated with EF Johnson. Mr. Pletcher has served with several federal workgroups and committees including the National Public Safety Telecommunications Council and SAFECOM. His background includes Land Mobile Radio systems involving both conventional and trunked technologies. He has successfully completed numerous voice, mobile data, paging and microwave networks over his thirty-year career.
Mr. Pletcher, a graduate of Kansas State University, is based in the Dallas, Texas area and will serve TCS clients throughout the Midwest and southern states.
