Susan Philips joins Virginia-based rugged computer designer and manufacturer.

Philips has significant experience in HR management. She spent eight years with the U.S. Air Force in bioenvironmental engineering, conducting surveys on industrial workplace environments. She is most recently the former HR manager for a consulting firm responsible for the development and direction of all HR programs, services and policies for 100 employees.
She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in resources management from Troy University and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She holds a Top Secret clearance from the Department of Defense.
