PSEMA The Private Sector Emergency Management Association (PSEMA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(6) trade association founded in Texas to give businesses, nonprofits, and industry partners a stronger role in disaster preparedness, response, and recovery. PSEMA connects private sector organizations with public agencies to close critical gaps exposed in past crises, ensuring communities have the resources and resilience they need when it matters most. Through membership, PSEMA provides: Real-time situational awareness and incident reporting Business continuity and resilience training Public–private coordination during disasters Advocacy for policies that strengthen private sector emergency management With a national membership representing healthcare, retail, logistics, energy, and more, PSEMA is the voice of the private sector in disaster readiness. PSEMA Foundation The PSEMA Foundation is the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of PSEMA. Its mission is to mobilize private sector resources and philanthropy to support communities before, during, and after disasters. The Foundation leads national initiatives like the Signal & Shield Camp Initiative, equipping youth camps across the country with NOAA Weather Radios and preparedness tools.
