With the introduction of an enterprise search solution the German Patent and Trade Mark Office meets up to the challenges arising from growing numbers of patent applications on national and international levels and thus increasing requirements in processing IP procedures. In the tender procedure DPMA had defined its explicit performance criteria and specific research requirements for deploying a standard enterprise search.
