IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA SIGNS LEASE CONTRACT WITH SERVITELCO AT ALCALÁ 265 BUSINESS CENTRE

IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA and the company Servicios Sociales de Telecomunicaciones, S.L. (Servitelco), a subsidiary of the Telefónica Group, signed a lease contract for a commercial premises with a gross leasable area of 338 sq. m. in the Alcalá 265 business centre right in the centre of Madrid.
These premises, located in the same building where IBERDROLA's real estate subsidiary has its corporate headquarters, will be used by Servitelco as a member support office. The subsidiary of Telefónica was advised by the company Accuore, which is in charge of property management in all its real estate operations.
Servitelco is a special employment centre that belongs to ATAM, an association in the Telefónica Group that provides service to people with disabilities and focuses their activity on telephone support and telemarketing. It was set up in the year 2004 with the mission of promoting the integration of people with disabilities in the job market, by generating high quality, stable employment.
The Alcalá 265 business centre consists of four office buildings, with a combined surface area of around 14,000 sq. m and 270 car parking spaces. With direct access to the M-30 ring-road and Metro and bus stops on the doorstep, the complex occupies an entire block, with an open courtyard for pedestrian access to the various properties.
IBERDROLA's real estate subsidiary offers a broad portfolio of products, ranging from primary residences to holiday homes, office buildings, industrial units and shopping centres. It also provides consultancy support and management services to third parties. The company currently owns rental property with a gross leasable area (GLA) of over 248,000 m2.
