QUESTION: What is the U.S. reaction to the bombing yesterday in Bogota?

ANSWER: The United States condemns the bombing that occurred in Bogota on Tuesday. Our condolences go out to the victims’ families. There is no justification for killing innocent people. The United States continues to support Colombia in its efforts to put an end to terrorism within a framework of respect for human rights and rule of law.
