Boeing Board Approves Quarterly Dividend of 44 Cents a Share

CHICAGO, April 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney reports that the board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of forty-four (44) cents per share.

The dividend is payable June 1, 2012, to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2012.
