CalHR filed a new regulation with the Secretary of State regarding Holidays Falling on Saturdays and Regular Days off for Excluded Employees. View the proposed and final language of California Code of Regulations, Title 2, section 599.754.1 online. This regulation is applicable to state employees defined by Government Code section 3527 (b) as Excluded employees. Effective 4/14/2022.
