Manhasset, NY — An 83-year-old woman is suing Apple after she walked into a glass Apple store door and broke her nose. The woman is seeking $1 million for her damages, CNET.com reported.

Evelyn Paswell was at the Apple store in Manhasset, Long Island when she unknowingly walked into the glass door. Apple stores are known for their sleekness and all glass storefronts.

Paswell’s attorney stated, “Apple wants to be cool and modern and have the type of architecture that would appeal to the tech crowd, but on the other hand, they have to appreciate the danger that this high-tech modern architecture poses to some people."

The injury lawsuit is seeking $75,000 in medical expenses and the remainder in negligence charges.

Paswell maintains that she has “wonderful eyesight,” and still drives.
