The event, held on January 27, 2012, included a public tour of the Plainfield, Ind., facility, during which Shorr representatives demonstrated the advanced packaging equipment that Shorr Packaging supplied to the school.

The Center combines classroom settings, leading-edge technology and hands-on logistics lab space to offer a blended learning environment that simulates the high-tech warehouses, distribution centers and equipment utilized by employers in the area.
Shorr contributed a variety of packaging equipment, including case sealers, labeling equipment and Lantech stretch wrappers.
