IBERDROLA has launched @TuIberdrola(*), the Retail Energy division’s new official Twitter customer channel, which customers can use to resolve queries, find out about offers and promotions and receive energy and money saving tips.
This initiative further underlines the company's commitment to consumers and enhances our current range of service channels including the corporate website, the customer care line and customer service points with the immediacy of social networks.
This new channel will also help the company to fulfil its aim of meeting customers' needs and resolving their queries as swiftly as possible. Moreover, it underscores its commitment to providing outstanding service and to adapting to changing societal needs and practices.
At @TuIberdrola(*), customers can manage their contracts, resolve queries and receive personalised advice as well keep up to date on products, services and promotions and receive money and energy saving tips and safety advice.
As a result of its commitment to market deregulation, IBERDROLA has over 11 million domestic gas and electricity customers served by 8,100 professionals and more than 300 face-to-face customer service centres throughout Spain.
This new online customer service channel is in keeping with IBERDROLA's unwavering commitment to social networks and digital media, with the aim of bolstering our online communication policy and improving transparency.
The company already has corporate channels on Twitter in the shape of the @iberdrola (Spanish language) and @iberdrola_En (English language) accounts to provide interesting up-to-date insights into the company and its various plans; Flickr, where it offers a range of Group photo albums; YouTube, where videos of IBERDROLA's main activities can be viewed; and Slideshare, where customers can view company presentations.
