Shot on HDTV, Racehoss, based on the highly successful autobiography by Albert Race Sample, tells the story of one man's journey to hell and back. Mr. Sample grew up as the angry son of a black prostitute, became a criminal and ended up serving 17 years in the brutal 'Retrieve' Texas penitentiary. Sean most recently completed the Australian miniseries, "Cloudstreet," as Executive Producer. Based on Tim Winton's Australian legendary novel, the miniseries was funded by Showtime. The series, the most expensive in Australian history, aired in Australia on January 1st, 2011 and has been nominated for 8 AACTA awards.
