SECRETARY CLINTON: Good afternoon, everyone. It is such a pleasure for me to welcome in this new year the foreign minister of Norway. He and I have worked closely together on a range of issues affecting the Middle East peace process, the situation in Afghanistan, global health, and so much more.

So we are looking forward to beginning the new year very strongly with a comprehensive discussion about the many areas that we are concerned about and cooperating on. So it’s a pleasure to see you here.

FOREIGN MINISTER STORE: Thank you. Likewise, it’s my first (inaudible) visit this year, and it’s really a strong start to meet in this political environment in the United States, follow domestic issues, and also touching on all those issues that we share and will be sharing (inaudible).
