Nestlé Nespresso, the pioneering leader in sales of high quality coffee in capsules, has moved to Valencia, where it has signed a lease contract for offices in the emblematic Aqua Multiespacio building.

This complex, which houses IBERDROLA's offices in this city built on the Turia River, is owned by the commercial company Oceánic Center, formed byIberdrola Inmobiliaria (50%), Grupo NAU (25%) and Valencia Residencial (25%).

With headquarters in Switzerland, Nestlé Nespresso has operations in over 50 countries and 5,500 employees. The Aqua Multiespacio shopping centre also includes a boutique where the company markets its products. 

The office block, which is the second-highest in the city of Valencia, occupies a leasable surface area of 23,000 m2. Other companies that are already based in the building include Ernst & Young, Helados y Postres Nestlé, Maersk Logistics and Noatum Ports.

Its unbeatable location, facing the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and with easy access to the historic quarter, port, beach, airport and the main communication links in Valencia, make this complex a privileged venue for its occupants.  

IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA offers a broad portfolio of products, ranging from first homes to holiday homes, office buildings, industrial units, shopping centres, hotels and property consultancy and management services to third parties. The company currently owns rental property with more than 248,000m2 of gross leasable area (GLA).
