Colleran Butchers Ltd, Galway, is recalling whole bales of the implicated hams, of approximately 6 kg size due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The affected hams were sold to caterers and to retailers (for slicing at deli counters) within County Galway. Retailers are being provided with point of sale recall notices.
