I also want to congratulate Prince Albert and Princess Charlene on their marriage and wish them the greatest happiness in the years to come.

Today we share a strong commitment to international cooperation in addressing some of the world's toughest challenges and greatest opportunities. Around the world we are working to promote greater freedom, transparency and human rights.
