Shops being overcrowded rates top of people's list of irritants at during the festive season.
The latest DiscountVouchers.co.uk survey took in the views of consumers regarding what gets their backs up at Christmas, with 32% saying that overcrowded shops was their pet peeve. Further to that 31% said that hype too early in the year annoyed them most, while in eighth place in the poll with 1.25% was the Queen's Speech.
