Boeing Board Approves Quarterly Dividend of 42 Cents a Share

CHICAGO, Oct. 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Jim McNerney reports that the board of directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of forty-two (42) cents per share.

The dividend is payable December 2, 2011, to shareholders of record as of November 11, 2011.
