(the “Corporation”) (Nasdaq: CVLY), the parent company of PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable on August 8, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 25, 2023, which is an increase of $0.01 or 6 percent over the prior quarter’s cash dividend payment. “This second dividend increase this year reflects the bank’s successful execution of our strategic plan,” commented Craig L.
