Distributions for the class A share of Divided Growth Split Corp (“DGS”) are being announced for April as the most recently calculated net asset value per unit of DGS as at April 20, 2023, (after taking into account the payment of cash distributions) was greater than $15.00. In accordance with the articles for DGS, cash distributions may be paid on the class A shares provided that (a) the distributions payable on the preferred shares are not in arrears, and (b) after the payment of a cash distribution, the net asset value per unit is not less than $15.00. Each month, DGS reviews whether the net asset value per unit meets these requirements in order to determine if the class A share distribution will be announced for such month.
Unitholders of CIQ and class A and class U unitholders of SSF and class A shareholders of DGS, GDV, LBS, LCS, PWI and SBC offer distribution reinvestment plans (“DRIP”) which provide holders with the ability to automatically reinvest distributions, commission free, and realize the benefits of compound growth.
