ORLANDO, FL, UNITED STATES, April 13, 2023/EINPresswire.com/ -- A new fun, modern Italian-ish styled restaurant is set to open in Orlando's Mills 50 District on April 18. The restaurant, named Pigzza, will offer a contemporary twist on classic Italian dishes, with a focus on creating a fun and lively atmosphere for its customers and an emphasis on sustainability and the procurement of locally sourced ingredients.

The restaurant's menu will feature a variety of Italian-inspired dishes, including pizzas, pastas, a selection of small plates, shareables, refreshing cocktails and an interactive and worldly wine list. The menu is designed to be approachable and fun, with playful takes on classic Italian dishes such as the Brisket Parm, Pulled Pork Pappardelle an Aperol Spritz Tart. The wine list will feature small to medium boutique producers who prioritize organic, sustainable, and biodynamic methods. The flour used for the variety of pizzas, is milled locally in Indianola, FL. Pigzza is the only restaurant in Central Florida using Bianco di Napoli Tomatoes in the selection of sauces.

The interior of the restaurant is designed to create a fun and lively atmosphere, with colorful walls, terrazzo tables, and a bustling open kitchen. In addition to indoor seating, there will be a large outdoor patio area for customers to enjoy.
