IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA has just begun construction work on the new residential project, Villas del Sur, entailing 22 terraced houses and sited in the PAU-4 area of Móstoles. This  new district has a Metro Sur underground station (Manuela Malasaña), schools, shopping centres and communal gardens.

The houses, that are due to go on sale when construction is nearly complete, will be 133m2 with a ground floor, first floor, and lower ground floor and a communal garage with direct access to each of the 22 units. The residences will have three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a cloakroom, front garden and store room.

This project is part of the IBERDROLA subsidiary´s plan to build 300 new homes in various Spanish cities that was announced at the end of last summer.

The renewed commitment to Spain's residential market is the result of the improved sales figures for IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA´s residential projects.

The company, which has built nearly 7,500 houses in Spain since it began operations, will focus mainly on primary residences in the provinces of Madrid, Ávila, Santander, Mallorca, Ciudad Real and Murcia.

New projects will consist of both high-rise housing units and single-family homes and will at all times be in keeping with the company's quality standards. These properties will serve to increase IBERDROLA INMOBILIARIA´s residential offer, divided between Arroyomolinos (Madrid), Mijas Costa (Málaga), Santander and Jun (Granada).
