Juscelino Colares, the Schott-van den Eynden Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, was re-appointed by the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) to serve on the 2022-2023 U.S. roster of binational trade panelists to the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
The USTR was founded in 1962 to advise the president on trade issues, conduct international trade negotiations, and oversee the settlement of disputes, enforcement actions and other matters before prominent global trade policy organizations, such as the World Trade Organization.
