Nichole Cobb (CWR ’93; SAS ’95), a PhD student at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, recently received the Methodology Workshop Scholarship award from the Center for Research on Families at University of Massachusetts Amherst. Cobb, who has founded the behavioral health firm Kingdom Developers Consulting Inc., was recognized for her research on reduction of family dysfunction among individuals with borderline personality disorder.
As a recipient of the Methodology Workshop Scholarship, Cobb will attend a three-day virtual workshop on stress biomarkers from June 14 to June 17. This workshop will contribute to Cobb’s research on the psychopathology of personality disorders and neuroplasticity in patients.
