Jersey Shore’s JWoww Sued Over Tanning Bottle Design

Oklahoma City, OK — Jersey Shore star Jennifer Farley is facing a lawsuit filed by three college students who say JWoww stole their design for her tanning lotion bottle, reported TMZ.
Reports indicated that JWoww and the plaintiffs were working together last year when they asked her to be a celebrity spokesperson for a tanning product called Black Bronzer. They also created a custom bottle design for the Black Bronzer product.
As the two parties were close to reaching a deal, JWoww stopped all communication with them and began her own tanning line with Australian Gold, in which they used a similar bottle design.
The plaintiffs claim that JWoww owes them money in connection with the look-alike tanning bottle for taking their idea.
