British Company Appoints Philadelphia Firm to Install Energy-Saving Technology for Small Businesses
Endocube provides much needed relief to companies during the recession.
/EINPresswire.com/ Philadelphia, PA--July 14, 2011--A Philadelphia-based company is taking giant steps to help small businesses cut rising utility costs of running refrigerator and freezers within the food service industry. Power Savings Solutions specializes in reducing energy consumption within businesses, and due to the fact that refrigeration is responsible for approximately 20% of the world's energy usage, UK Company UMP Ltd (the manufacturers of the Endocube refrigeration products) is striving to help the smaller businesses during the economic crunch throughout the area.
Power Savings Solutions of Philadelphia's founder David Madora said, "We were so pleased that UMP chose Philadelphia for this program, but for us to be appointed as the company locally to install Endocube on behalf of UMP was a massive boost. It just shows all our hard work doesn't go unnoticed, even across the Atlantic."
"The economy is hurting so many small businesses," Madora said, "to the point that many local family-owned restaurants, pizzerias, and delis are either cutting staff or closing down altogether."
"Endocube will help businesses reduce energy consumption, reduce compressor starts, reduce wear and tear on equipment, and provide great food safety with less produce spoilage," said Madora.
Power Savings Solutions will be installing the Endocube energy-saving technology, which is being used across the whole of Europe, and now making an impact in the United States. "As a company, we would like to help those who are currently seeing utility and running costs grow by helping them reduce their monthly bills," said Madora.
Power Savings Solutions has a team of installers across the area to install the Endocube, which usually sells for the price of $499.00 without installation, but UMP, the manufacturer, has built a program with PSS to offer the small independent businesses throughout Philadelphia and local surrounding areas the product at cost, inclusive of installation by PSS for less than 50% of $249.00 per installation, and receive a free Endotherm Thermometer with each installation. "However, due to the amount of customers we are limiting it to three units per establishment. We expect to giveaway an estimated two thousand units within six months," said Madora.
Two of the inventors of Endocube were listed in the "50 People Who Could Save the Planet" by the Guardian newspaper in the UK, and also had their research and development center opened by HRH Queen Elizabeth II and HRH Prince Philip.
The program starts July 22, 2011. Interested parties may visit www.EndocubeInfo.com for more information.
