Operating an industrial facility requires a focus on safety every day, which makes the accomplishments of people at PCS Nitrogen-Trinidad especially noteworthy.
In April of 2011 the Trinidad plant celebrated 10 million person hours — the equivalent of more than 1,100 years — without a lost-time injury. The accomplishment, achieved in 11 years, was made possible by a culture of safety that permeates the site’s processes, technology and people. Read more
