Statement by the Press Secretary on S.J.Res. 7 and S.J.Res. 9
On June 24, 2011, the President signed into law:
S.J.Res. 7, which reappoints Shirley Ann Jackson as a citizen regent of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution; and
S.J.Res. 9, which reappoints Robert P. Kogod as a citizen regent of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution.
