Consolidated Results

Second Quarter

For the second quarter of 2000, cash flow provided from operations was $10.0 million or $0.03 per share, compared to $13.3 million or $0.04 per share for the three months ended June 30, 1999. The net loss for the second quarter of 2000 was $10.8 million or $0.04 per share, compared to $14.7 million or $0.05 per share net loss for the three months ended June 30, 1999.

Six Months

For the first half of 2000, cash flow provided from operations was $22.0 million or $0.07 per share, compared to $30.6 million or $0.10 per share for the first half of 1999. The net loss for the first half of 2000 was $18.6 million or $0.07 per share, compared to $24.7 million or $0.09 per share net loss for the six months ended June 30, 1999.
