CSG's cleaning services have been certified CIMS & CIMS-GB (Green Building) with Honors by independent evaluation. CSG's CIMS overview video demonstrates to facilities the positive advantages of having CSG be their cleaning contractor of choice. Being CIMS & CIMS-GB certified assures facilities that CSG has policies and procedures in place that will ensure consistent delivery of services. The CIMS certification focuses on company management practices and procedures that are benchmarks of a successful cleaning organization.
The CIMS assessment reviewed six areas of CSG's management practices, Quality Systems, Service Delivery, Human Resources, Health & Safety, Environmental Stewardship, Management Commitment, and Green Building Cleaning Procedures.
