ELSE Inc. announces the launch of new A3 materials including an A3 Presentation and A3 Template Starter Set to help organizations implement A3 reporting.
WINDSOR, ONTARIO -- ELSE Inc. has designed their new A3 Presentation and A3 Template Starter Set in response to customer demand for an effective set of tools to implement A3 reporting.
An A3 is a single page report that focuses on creating action to address an identified problem or need. It derives its name from the paper size that Toyota used to create it (A3 paper), which is equal to 11" x 17". A3 Reports serve many purposes, including; Problem Solving, Proposal, and Status Report versions (A3 Template Starter Set). These adaptable reporting tools, are easily modified to serve any need.
