As a precautionary measure, Joyce’s Irish Lean Country Bacon Ltd is recalling two batches of sliced ham, due to a possible inappropriate use- by date and risk of microbial cross-contamination during packing. No other products are affected by this recall.  Joyce’s Irish Lean Country Bacon Ltd. is recalling the implicated batches from retailers in counties Galway, Mayo and Roscommon and issuing in-store notices requesting consumers to return any of the implicated batches. No action is required by official agencies.
