Continuing along the lines of providing XRD analysis, X-ray Wizards is expanding their services to include patent support, becoming a full service x-ray support company. X-ray Wizards will now also provide patent review, interpretation, and litigation support services in the field of x-ray analysis.

Patent support services are provided in three main areas: Preparation, interpretation, and litigation. Patent preparation includes ensuring that the claimant understands the ramifications of any claims related to XRD diffraction data, measurement of diffraction data related to the patent as compared with original data, and recommendations for better x-ray methods to strengthen claims associated with XRD diffraction data.
X-ray Wizards will help their clients understand methods and instrumentations related to patent claims and will compare data in order to avoid patent infringement as part of the patent interpretation phase.
