Impress Computers Offers Free Anti malware Update for Microsoft Security Essentials 2.0
Computer users who are looking to protect their computers from Viruses, Spyware and Malware will now get added security protection from Microsoft with the release of Microsoft Security Essentials 2.0
Customers running the latest iteration of Microsoft's free security solution for Windows will be to get the first update for the antimalware engine powering the product during the last week of January 2011 which is available FREE from the Impress Computers website.
Users running Microsoft security products and familiar with antimalware engine refreshes undoubtedly know that this update will not impact MSE 2.0 exclusively.
Fact is that in addition to Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE), the update will also boost the antimalware capabilities of products such as Forefront Client Security (FCS) and Forefront Endpoint Protection (FEP) which all share the same core AV technology.
