Change on the Supervisory Board of Q-Cells SE

 

Bitterfeld-Wolfen, 14 January 2011 – Marcel Brenninkmeijer has resigned from his position in the Supervisory Board of Q-Cells SE as per 30 November 2010. In future he will be engaged at the Good Energies Foundation in promoting global access to renewable energy sources in order to ease poverty. Marcel Brenninkmeijer has been with the company since 2002 as the investor’s Good Energies representative and has been a member of the Supervisory Board, which he chaired from June 2009 until June 2010, since 2003.

We would like to thank him for the trustful cooperation over the past nine years in which he has also provided Q-Cells with substantial personal support,” said Karlheinz Hornung, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Q-Cells SE as he thanked the departing member of the Board.
